••• 3 MINUTE READ •••

Every day, hundreds of thousands of people search on Google “What’s the secret of success?”. They get the answers and information they need and start taking action. Then a few weeks pass, and the fire they had in their chest at the beginning diminishes…leaving them unmotivated and without enough fuel to keep going. This happens over and over throughout their lives and little by little they give up on their dreams, eventually conforming to what life throws at them. Now, why is it so hard to stay motivated? When you actually have everything you need at hand’s reach? When you have all the necessary information to accomplish your goals? Below I’ll show you what’s really going in our minds and how we can fix it.

There’s no secret… the steps to reach success are repetitive, boring… Waking up in the morning and repeating the same thing over and over…The simplicity of plain repetition is not sexy…the tedious doesn’t sell or excites… this is why it’s so hard to do“.

Now, What Does This Quote Say To You?

Beyond the fact that there’s no secret to success or a magic formula, you have a big responsibility to go after your dreams and goals.

  • Why don’t most people accomplish what they want in life?

Because they through their lives avoiding shit instead of taking action…because they obsess more in finding a quick fix to their problem instead of putting effort, do what’s hard and repeat it every day.

  • Why is it so hard to stay motivated?…
  • Why is it that people give up on their goals so easily?…
  • Why are people so excited about their goals in December and January? But it’s only a few that actually stay on the path when June arrives?…

Because in the midst of those repetitive actions, of trying, of failing, of starting all over again the next day… you lose the will! The vast majority of people don’t want to feel that every day; that discomfort. Feeling that life’s too hard and that their goals demand way too much from them; more than they thought. And by not enduring that discomfort, they stay in the limbo of life, aspiring to what is average and necessary. Ending up living small, mediocre, “just surviving” and never excelling at anything.

Don’t Look For A “Quick Fix”

The #1 mistake most men make when wanting to change their lives, improve their income, lose weight, heal their relationships, etc… is that they expect to change overnight… always looking for the fast way.

And when they don’t achieve it, they block themselves. That means they don’t move on, they don’t believe they’re capable of achieving it and believe what they so much desire, maybe it’s not for them.

If you just see your mind already realized from where you currently are… you may be intimidated and feel afraid but it’s completely natural since at that moment you aren’t at the level of your goal. Meaning you aren’t the version of yourself that can achieve that.

This is why growth, learning and improving oneself is so essential if we want to achieve our goals… if we want to change our lives.

You Have To Be At The Same Level As Your Goal

When you aren’t prepared, when you are not able to handle the weight that your goal requires to make it a reality, you simply won’t achieve it. And, if you do manage to succeed, you won’t be able to handle it.

This happens very often with people who win the lottery. They tend to find themselves months later in the same financial situation or even in a much worse one. It’s not that they didn’t want to have a lot of money. The problem was that their minds and who they were weren’t up to the same level of the goal. They couldn’t handle the weight and simply returned to the same level they were before winning the lottery. They were not the right version to be able to maintain that success that literally came to them overnight.

If your mental programming is not adequate… it doesn’t even matter what happens…even if life gives one of those lucky strokes sooner or later you’ll go back to the starting point or before that.

Why Do You Want What You Want?

“I want more money!”, “I want to lose weight!”, “I want a better job!”, “I want more free time!”…

Perfect, but why do you want what you want?

There… is one of the keys to motivation…

The first step is to be clear of what is it that you want to achieve because it is only the 50% you need to start taking action. The lasting 50% comes from answering the question “Why do I want what I want?”…WHY.

Personally, what moves me the most is having freedom and options

  • Yes, freedom to do whatever the fuck I want, work on my passions, have time for family & friends, travel the world, etc.
  • And, options to enjoy all that life can offer me and not just settle for “average”, even though it won’t make me “happy”.

What motivates you?

  • To not worry about money because you have financial security…
  • Have more time for your family, for yourself …
  • Maybe to improve your lifestyle?
  • Enjoy unbeatable health and fitness …
  • Have your own successful business…
  • Be your own boss and not depend on anyone…
  • Become someone famous…
  • Have peace and tranquility…
  • Feel fulfilled…

Only when you are clear of what moves you and know why you want what you want, you’ll stop negotiating the price of success… And remember: THE SECRET OF SUCCESS IS SIMPLE ..

Do the difficult, the uncomfortable, what other people aren’t willing to do and don’t quit until you achieve it.
